We really enjoyed our stay at the Muse Hotel (2 rooms/2nights) From arrival, check-in, the rooms on 15th floor, breakfast, steak dinner, service by all associates … all was first class! Khun Bui at check-in was very professional and kind and so was the concierge Khun Aoy! Unfortunately I forget the name of the senior porter at the door who was also amazing! Breakfast was good and service there was top class; specially from Khun Talay! The rooms were very well equipped, maintained and clean! The Bett was extremely comfortable with fresh & crisp linen, the shower functioned perfectly for pressure and temperature plus high quality amenities! I personally will make the Muse Hotel my Bangkok favored as the “price to value ratio” is absolutely perfect! Thanks for the great hospitality and I’m looking forward to my next stay at Muse soon!

OMG THIS IS A HEAVEN HOTEL. Every single person of the team made my stay absolutely wonderful. Their smile are so genuine and sincere. I'm falling in love for them that I will love to take to Brazil with me. Special thanks for Ms. Kwan, Mr TaLay, Mr.Bank, Ms Aun, Ms Bui and Ms. Peppky. You guys are amazing!!!!!!!! The Hotel theme designs they’re going with are cool because it really gives the vibe of an old european building. Beside that, the service here are pretty good, especially the staffs here are very friendly and nice. Would love to comeback here again with my family.

That staff at Muse hotel are very nice especially the staff at the breakfast. They are very helpful , we ask if there was this specific food but we did not expect that they cook it immediately and voila they serve it😊. They also ask on how was the food and how was our stay which is really nice. Mr Bank, Ms Kwan and Ms Aum thank you for your assitance. Kudos!🥳🤝👍

Although the decor of the hotel is dark, atmospheric and quite theatrical, our room was huge, clean & comfortable. The staff were very friendly and warm especially the wait staff. We would like to single out Khun Bank and his team for their great service.
